Production Meeting
Before production begins, we hold a Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) to ensure precise control over quality and delivery timelines. During this meeting, our team collaboratively reviews every aspect of the project, including design details, production processes, material specifications, and potential challenges. By using advanced visualization tools and hands-on discussion, we identify and address issues proactively. This meticulous approach guarantees that every product meets our high standards while adhering to the agreed-upon schedule, ensuring a seamless production process and customer satisfaction.

We utilize the industry's most advanced fully automated sheet-cutting equipment, ensuring precise control over both product quality and production speed. This state-of-the-art machinery enables us to achieve highly accurate cuts with minimal errors, improving efficiency and consistency throughout the manufacturing process. By leveraging automation, we can meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.


diamond polishing process
We employ a diamond polishing process to refine the edges of the cut acrylic sheets. This technique effectively removes rough textures and imperfections left after cutting, leaving the edges smooth, crystal-clear, and flawless. By using this advanced polishing method, we ensure that every product not only meets functional requirements but also achieves a premium, high-quality finish that enhances its overall aesthetic appeal.
CNC machining
We use CNC machining to form acrylic sheets into increasingly complex shapes. This procedure uses high-speed spinning blades to accurately cut and shape the material according to unique patterns. CNC machining provides great accuracy, consistency, and flexibility, allowing us to design complicated structures while keeping the highest quality standards.

e perform rounded edge cutting to smooth the sharp edges of acrylic after cutting, transforming them into gentle curves. This process not only enhances the safety of handling the product but also improves its overall aesthetics, giving the acrylic a sleek and refined finish.
drilling process
Our drilling process is powered by a custom-developed machine specifically designed for this intricate task. This specialized equipment significantly accelerates production speed, reduces costs, and ensures precise processing of screw holes or magnet holes required for acrylic display stands.


Buffing Process
In this step, a buffing wheel is used with polishing wax to transform the rough, frosted edges of acrylic into a clear and glossy finish. The machine's water circulation system minimizes dust generated during the process, creating a safer and cleaner working environment for our staff.
Laser Engraving and Cutting
This process uses laser technology to cut acrylic sheets into desired shapes with precision and efficiency. However, due to the power limitations of the laser, it is best suited for thinner acrylic materials.

The bonding process involves using a special colorless, bubble-free adhesive to join the cut acrylic sheets together. As this is a purely manual process, it requires a high level of skill and precision from our workers. They must be patient and accurate to ensure a flawless result, as any mistakes can lead to irreparable defects in the final product.
