Team building is an excellent way to strengthen cohesion and foster collaboration within a group. Even with a packed schedule of orders throughout the year, we prioritize organizing outings every May and during the National Day holiday. Last year, we visited Shanxi, creating unforgettable memories while reinforcing our team's unity and spirit.

We usually organize pre-discussed team games and activities during our outings. One popular method we use to divide into groups is through a fun and engaging rock-paper-scissors match.
Squad name
After forming groups, team members brainstorm together to come up with a team name. The following competitions are then carried out in the form of small teams, fostering teamwork and camaraderie.

Next, each small team collectively selects a team leader to guide and strategize for the group, ensuring they work together to win the upcoming competitions.

We organize a series of collaborative competition events to determine the best team. Throughout these activities, team members work together, evolving from initial unfamiliarity to seamless cooperation, strengthening friendships and fostering a deeper sense of camaraderie.

Some of the women or older team members take on the role of chefs, preparing delicious meals together. Their efforts ensure that the hardworking team members get to enjoy warm, hearty food after a day of activities.

After the activities, team members also pitch in to prepare simple snacks, such as takoyaki, or help by cutting fruits and vegetables. This adds to the sense of teamwork and creates a warm, communal atmosphere.
